Sometimes it’s simple pleasures via /r/gratitude

My mom texted me last week ,asking if I wanted to go Christmas shopping with her. I replied, sure. I had to work overnight Friday for 12 + hours. Left work close to 10am Saturday and my mo. Was picking me up at 11:15. When she arrived I was clean in fresh clothes and gave no clue that I was exhausted. SHE IS MY MOM, HOW LUCKY AM I? Than she told me we can shop wherever u want this is shopping for YOU. HAHAHA So cute my mom is she tried to trick me.we went shopping but I did not LOVE ANYTHING. We had the best spinach enchiladas on earth for lunch – I feel so very blessed and grateful!!¡
