I am grateful for

…getting to know cool new music

…for social extroverts who include everyone in the group and organizing a fun evening out 😊

…allowing myself peace of mind when I felt guilty in a stressful situation

…having a friend to talk to about a situation I'm dealing with right now

…trying something new that made me nervous, but doing it anyway 🙌

…having drinks with friends

…journaling my feelings instead of making en emotional mess or avoiding it all together. Now I confronted my own thinking and learned something from it.
