I am grateful for mindfulness!

I have this space in my thought process that allows me to choose a thought that feels better. So when a thought that doesn’t feel good is presented in my mind I don’t immediately start feeling bad, instead I naturally notice that the thought doesn’t feel good and find myself stating in my mind that I intend to feel better! And my mind starts offering me thoughts about that subject that feel better 😊 I am grateful for this!
