Gratitude for meeting a better man via /r/gratitude

I have met up with a bunch of guys while dating and found myself being hurt so many times I almost became a misandrist..
I was so scared and cautious of guys and I was hypersensitive to their comments.. all because of what someone else said or put me through..
I met my current guy ..(it’s more of a casual relationship) but I am so grateful he came into my life and his presence his patience and non-judgmentalness and understanding
He has taught me things i failed to incorporate within me growing up.. his personality and energy is almost awesome and i like to look up to him many times
…… the strangest thing is he is a year and a half younger than me and this totally defeated my perception that younger people are immature.. he is exceedingly wise considering his age and listens to me .<3
Sometimes I find myself wanting him as my boyfriend.. coz it’s so hard to find someone who gives out this energy vibes with you ,gets your sense of humor and has the same bedroom preferences as you.
I’m just grateful such a person has come into my life when I was about to crumble due to bad times .
