I’m Grateful to Have my Supervisor as a Boss via /r/gratitude

I work for a NYC non-profit and it's not common for supervisors to have their people's back. We recently had an incident at work and our supervisor had our back. I feel so lucky to have the person I do supervising me. I'm lucky I get to work where I work. I'm tearing up just thinking about it.
