The Bittersweet Thanks We Don’t Always Say Out Loud
I’m grateful for the moments that gutted me—because I rebuilt differently after. Slower, softer, more deliberate. Less impressed by noise, more attuned to stillness.
I’m grateful for people I no longer speak to, whose presence still taught me how to listen.
I’m grateful for the tension between holding on and letting go. It means something mattered.
