Gratitude overflowing today via /r/gratitude

Today was one of those days where my heart just feels full.

• I had productive meetings that felt good
• My morning prayer + meditation grounded me beautifully
• The gym workout? Fire. My body is strong and showing up for me
• My team is amazing. Proactive, productive, smart and teachable
• My mother is alive and well (I don’t take that for granted)
• I ate with ease, no stress
• I visited my aunt at the market, which always feels like home
• I was able to help a colleague, and it reminded me how good it feels to be of use
• Therapy was great (shoutout to healing!)
• Bridesmaid prep is coming along smoothly
• I also conducted my mid-year self-assessment against the goals I set at the beginning of the year. I’m doing well on every front 💪🏽✨

After a messy 2024, this season feels different. I feel grounded. I feel guided. The Lord sends me signs that I’m supported and safe. I have everything I need, and life really is working out for my good.

Feeling deeply, sincerely grateful today. 🙏🏽
