I am grateful I just went skinny dipping. via /r/gratitude

It’s been hot as hell here lately. I’d just come back from an evening walk. It was the kind of day when you’d just sweat sitting still. I could’ve gone into the house and gotten my trunks but I figured I’d just slide into our fairly well secluded swimming pool in my underwear to rinse the heat away. Once I got in and absolutely no one could see me unless they walked into my yard and onto the deck I thought, screw it and tossed the underwear onto the deck. It may seem silly as hell but it felt so liberating to swim a few lengths in the nude. It was one of those rare times when you can feel like a child again. I’m grateful that I wasn’t so uptight that I passed up on this joyous activity.
