Day 301/365 • S.M.A.R.T. Goals via /r/gratitude

Today is the first day after 300 days, and to keep my spirit aligned with purpose – I’ve decided to set the number of days I want to reach. I started with the mindset to achieve 100 days. After I did I was so excited I just wanted to keep going, and initially I had thought 1000 days, but it was seemingly so far away I couldn’t really say 1000 to myself without some resistance. So I just committed to keep going with’a long time’ da goal. I’ve seen it a bunch of times but it never gets old- They say goals should be created with clarity, which then can makes them ‘SMART’ goals. The letters in smart are an acronym for:

S — Specific

M — Measurable \
A — Achievable \
R — Relevant \
T — Time-bound

And so this is a big moment because the most logical goal from 300 is 365 – a solar year
