I’m grateful for the food I bought via /r/gratitude

Our finances are not the best, haven’t been since the pandemic, so whenever I fill up our fridge for the week, I feel accomplished and happy. I like to cook on the weekends and this week I have enough food and new recipes for me to have fun with and to feed my family of four. I’m planning to roast a chicken tomorrow, and steaks for Sunday. I feel happy when they say they enjoyed the food I cooked.

It’s the simple things.
