I am grateful today for the small wins while healing via /r/gratitude

Today I’m grateful for another step in healing from my ex.
I kept up my skincare routine, treated myself to good meals, still have enough money to buy two toilet papers, uploaded 3 YouTube shorts for my new channel, finished my brother’s CV, and I successfully suppress my self to going to contact with my ex or his new girlfriend.
Today’s work also ended drama free- smooth sailing.

Small wins, big gratitude.
Tomorrow also will keep going to be better.
