I built a wellness app (PocketCoach) to help with habits + reflection — looking for beta testers!

Hey everyone 👋

Last year, my life got pretty tough — personally, professionally, emotionally. In the middle of it, I realized I couldn’t control everything… but I could control my habits.

So I started tracking them. I gave myself a daily score and asked one grounding question every day:

“What are you grateful for today?”

It made a difference. Slowly, I felt more anchored — not because life got easier, but because I was showing up differently.

I shared this practice with friends, and they loved it. Their answers got deeper, more honest, more hopeful. That’s when I started building something bigger.

👉 Enter PocketCoach — a simple daily app that:

  • Asks meaningful questions that make you pause + reflect
  • Tracks your habits and progress
  • Uses AI to reflect back to you like a best friend/coach
  • Helps you grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually

It just launched in the App Store, and I’d love a few beta testers to try it out and share honest feedback.
