Grateful I have a job via /r/gratitude

I’m just a receptionist and I still finishing college. It’s taking me a while to complete my education because I have health issues, family issues, financial issues and what not.

A lot of people have lost their jobs in the industry I want to work in, and it’s made me think that taking longer to get my degree is saving me some hardship.

Working part time I get to have a more flexible schedule to go out and do fun things and live life a bit differently. I’ve had some really cool opportunities come up that I wouldn’t have been able to pursue with a full time job.

And I think by the time I finish I’ll be more well rounded and it will be easier to get the job I really want.
