Being approached in public via /r/gratitude

I have been single and out of the date scene for many years for personal reasons and this morning I was approached by two girls who were sitting next to me in the coffee shop, they tried to chat and by the time I was leaving they wished me a great day, it might sound silly but I’m extremely grateful for that. They don’t know it but it made my day!
