I've been working on Breathin, a mindfulness app that I built because I struggled to find something simple yet complete for my own mental health journey. It combines breathing exercises, journaling, and affirmations into quick 10-minute "journeys" you can do morning or night. Just a beautiful, straightforward tool to help you build a consistent mindfulness practice.
