…weighing how choices feel to us is indicative of how we find our way into our own set of morals. To struggle with all the obligations in a day tells us we carry agency over our life and have some control over the direction it takes – to do something or not do something, or choose the way it's done. Grateful for the ways I see my choices before me, for the opportunity to build each day as best I can, even when it's hard.
