In addition to

Today i AM thankful
4 Scrubs

My tale begins w/ Me
Running a 53min time trial
On a cracked knee
Then DEFY'N doctors + my father's orders
Running a 60min time trial on a cracked knee
To reclaim t/
60min Catch Me Outside Ironman championship

However victory was not w/o a cost
i was forced to get an MRI
While there i met 2 wonderful ladies
One encouraged me to
"Just Do It"

Due to my ability

What Dreams May Come
"Hope they saw it"

My MRI journey complete

i returned home w/ a new trophy

Among others
