Grateful for a situation today being resolved and not being worse via /r/gratitude

I was in a situation today where someone was experiencing a medical emergency/issue while we were talking to on the phone. I felt panic and helpless trying to figure out what to do or if I should call someone else. I'm grateful they are okay and the situation was resolved as much as it can .
