Grateful for an amazing birthday 💕🥰 via /r/gratitude

Ugh I had an amazing birthday. My significant other got off work early, he ordered Nothing Bundt cakes which are my favorite cakes in the world and then he took me to the aquarium!! I absolutely love the aquarium. Afterwards we tried a restaurant that was nearby. I loved all the happy birthday messages, especially this years bc I am pregnant! Now I’m laying next to my mans eating some cake. I did have a couple of seizures when we got home, but besides that I’m grateful to see another year❤️
