Grateful for coming across a show on Prime on how to live a happier life
Came across a show the other night called Hugh van Cuylenburg: GEM. GEM is the acronym for Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness. There was a great tip for those who can’t think of what to write for one’s gratitude journal because quite often we end up writing the same things and it gets boring so we don’t end up doing it. Hugh advised writing 3 things that went well for you today. So maybe this could help you if you have trouble writing 3 things you’re grateful for everyday. Just thought I’d share.
