Grateful for enjoying the burn

I only recently discovered that the burn you feel during exercise is a good thing because it means that the muscles are getting stronger. I used to hate exercise because it “hurt” but now i know that it’s necessary to feel it. When I feel it I know it’s working. So now instead of resisting the pain I’m pushing into it just a little bit. I’m so grateful that this shift has happened for me.
