Grateful for feeding myself

I’ve been on a cycle of restricting myself from food and choosing days where I’ll not restrict and I think that’s creating some problems for me. So instead of trying to fast for long periods of time I’m going to just eat when I’m hungry and try to stop eating when I feel satisfied. Stopping when I feel satisfied is going to be the tricky part but I know I’ll figure it out. I’ve spent the last year or so teaching my brain that I will ignore my body’s cue for hunger so it’s going to take some getting used to. I can reprogram my mind the same way I can reprogram my phone. It just takes time and I know I have plenty of that!
