Grateful for my job via /r/gratitude

I have an amazing job. I’m a nanny to an 8-month-old, a 7-year-old, and an 11-year-old. while I don’t make enough to be considered a “livable wage” independently, i’m lucky enough to be supported primarily by my husband’s salary. I adore the family I work for. I adore the kids. The child that needs the most attention is the baby, of course. She’s so special. every day i’m amazed by how she’s growing. watching her become more aware, more expressive every single day is such a privilege. The two older boys make me laugh frequently by simply being brothers, and acting the way brothers act. it absolutely warms my heart the way they adore the baby, particularly the older boy. My boss, their mother, is a wonderful woman. she’s hilarious and compassionate and relatable. truly someone everyone would be lucky to know. Today, I am grateful for my job.
