Grateful for people that aren’t passive aggressive via /r/gratitude

I spent a lot of time with people that were passive aggressive. I never recognized it as that though. I just thought they were super nice and really forgiving.

It took me a couple of years of being away from them for me to realize that’s what it was. I feel so stupid. I bet I was a joke to them.

Last night I had dreams that reminded me of what life like that was like and I woke up so relieved that I’m not around them anymore.
