Grateful for run club via /r/gratitude

I joined a new run club last week and went for the second time last night. It’s the first time since college (5 years ago) that I have felt like I had a place I felt like I belonged.

I even had a moment yesterday where I was running with another girl and I felt like I was back on my college cross country team.

So today im grateful for potential new friends, a new run club, and that I don’t think about my ex when I’m there. Like i literally “forgot he existed “ — and then blasted that Taylor swift song afterwards.
