Grateful for the messages of self care and self love via /r/gratitude

I am so grateful that there is a counter culture of self care and self love.

That we're able to say to ourselves and to each other: "you are enough" and really go against the messages of society (especially capitalist society) that tell us that we're not enough.

I am so grateful for this subreddit that constantly reminds me that not only I am enough, but I have enough to be SO grateful for.
