Grateful for the people who don’t even realize how much they’ve saved me

Not the ones who gave big speeches or dramatic advice but the ones who did something small and probably forgot about it the next day. The friend who texted “thinking of you” at the exact moment I felt invisible. The coworker who brought me coffee without asking when I was quietly falling apart. The stranger who smiled at me when I was convinced the world didn’t notice me anymore.

They’ll never know how heavy that day felt, or how much lighter they made it. But I carry those tiny kindnesses like anchors, and I’m so deeply grateful for them, It makes me wonder how many times I’ve unknowingly been that person for someone else just by showing up in some small way.

tl;dr: Grateful for the quiet, ordinary acts of kindness that kept me afloat when people didn’t even realize I was drowning.
