Grateful for the quiet moments that don’t make it to social media via /r/gratitude

I realized today that some of the things I feel most thankful for are the ones nobody else sees. The quiet cup of tea before the day starts. The little sigh of relief when I finally sit down after finishing chores. The way the air feels different right after it rains. They’re small, almost invisible, but they carry so much peace. And sometimes I think those tiny, unshared moments are what really hold me together.
