Grateful I did my cardio yesterday

I’ve been dealing with a left hip/low back flare up for the past few months and decided to take time off from my cardio in order to work on my alignment and strengthening my core. So basically Pilates type of workouts for a while. But yesterday I decided to do my regular routine and it hurt so good! I feel it this morning and I’m so grateful that I can move my body enough to feel sore.
