Grateful I started tracking my health data

I’ve been tracking my health data for a little over two years. I track my sleep, my recovery, and my strain activities. I weigh myself everyday and have learned so much about how different foods effect me. I take my blood pressure twice a day and have learned that I have low blood pressure. I track how long I can hold my breath using the Wim Hoff method and Ive learned that I can hold my breath for 3 minutes when I stay away from eating artificial sweeteners, like the stuff in sugar free gum. I never would have thought I’d be the kind of person that wanted to track this kind of stuff but I find it really interesting. I love to nerd out on it and it makes me want to get out of bed everyday to see what the data says about my behaviors from the day before. I’m grateful I started this habit.
