Grateful That I Got To Work Today via /r/gratitude

Today I'm grateful that I got to work today. The depression was strong this morning, but I pointed my body in the right direction and moved as slowly as I needed to, one step at a time. Now I'm at work and feel like I can get through the day. I'll take it a moment at a time.
