I am grateful for a serene mind

I have been constantly choosing to live in ways that feel good, this includes mindful practises like meditation, yoga, above all guiding myself to better feeling thoughts. The goal for me with living this way is for my mind and body to bask in absolute serenity. The other day I woke up and realized that in those moments there was no mind chatter, my mind was just clear! It felt good, it felt free, I’m hoping for more moments like this! just basking 🌿 THANK YOU 🌸
