Life can be overwhelming sometimes — the chaos, the noise, the constant pressure to keep it together. But what stays with me are the little acts of kindness from people who had no reason to help, yet did anyway.

To the person who waited an extra second to hold the elevator, the cashier who noticed I was struggling and smiled like it mattered, the random Redditor who left a comment that hit at just the right time — thank you.

You may never know how much it helped. But it did.
