So there I was waiting in a wicked long line at the self-check out, eavesdropping on the people in front of me, when I noticed a warmed single serve of mashed potatoes and gravy! No way!

I couldn't wait to get back to my car to devour that thing like a cup of ice cream on a hot summer day.

Some might consider this 97-cent cup of spuds to be a small affair. Nope, I'm placing it squarely in the center of one of life's big pleasures! I.e. words I'm a hostage to my stomach when I'm hungry.
