I’m grateful I will keep my job via /r/gratitude

Thanks so much for reading my post today. To keep my share concise-I know that I am going to get written up at work for my recent attendance. I have been struggling in the past year, and I let myself and my peers down more recently by missing so much work.

Tomorrow when I clock in, I am prepared to be summoned by management to receive a performance mark on my record card.

I have thought a lot about this and how I am going to react when it happens. I am choosing to accept the consequence of my actions, and I am grateful that my position allows me the opportunity to redeem myself.

I am not going to make excuses anymore, and I accept where I am right now.
