I’m grateful to be seeing my old therapist again via /r/gratitude

I first saw her 7 years ago and stopped seeing her 4 years ago due to various reasons. I'm back in a 'dark place' and reached out to her, not expecting her to take me on as a client again due to her being busier and opening up her own business. But she's made room in her schedule to see me and words can't describe how grateful I am to her. It's difficult to find a good therapist that you 'click' with and I've found mine. She's been my lifeline and has done so, so much good for the community I live in. So, yeah, I just hope she knows what an incredible impact she has. <3

(I know therapy isn't for everyone and that there are some shitty therapists out there, but I hope everyone who needs it is able to find someone as wonderful as I have.)
