I’m so grateful to have my older cousin via /r/gratitude

I am 18f and my older cousin is 23f and she is literally the best. We grew up almost as sisters with sleepovers all the time because her mom was not a good mom so my mom stepped up. She has always been there for me even if her life isn’t going very well. After she got her license we started going out to errands or just to hang out and after a picnic we realized we are very similar in what we have been through. I love her so much and I’m so grateful I have her. I don’t know how I would have navigated a lot of situations without her. I help her too of course we vent to each other and give each other advice and hanging out is like therapy sometimes. I don’t have “I need my mom” moments but I do have “I need my cousin” moments and I’m so lucky to have that and to have her. If my cousin told me she was an angel or from heaven I’d believe her because she is actually the best.
