Many of my loved ones make daily gratitude lists and share them via group text. Here is mine today:

A day off and time to rest
A hot shower
My kitty purring on me and snuggling
Being of real help and use to others today
My husband
Running power, heat, and a reliable car
God
Being sober another 24 hours
Music
Soft, clean blankets
My own washer and dryer
Good food
Coffeeeeeee
