Not new, home via /r/gratitude

My husband and I bought property in Maine 20 years ago. While still working and living mostly in our lakeside home in Massachusetts, we built a small house in Maine and started an orchard. After many years of working hard, seeing our kids to adulthood and independence, and managing both places, we have sold our Massachusetts home. While i miss it dearly, i am so grateful to have the familiarity of our cozy orchard home. I am also extremely grateful for my hardworking husband, who prefers being out in the field tending all the plants over just about any activity, other than sitting with me planning, working out problems, and sharing stories.
