Running out of new things to be grateful for — is that normal?

I’ve been using the 5-Minute Journal as part of my daily gratitude practice, and I really love how simple and quick it is. It fits perfectly into my morning routine and helps me start the day with a better mindset. But after a few months of journaling, I’ve started running into a bit of a wall — I’m finding it harder to come up with new people, moments, or things to be grateful for each day. A lot of the same ones keep coming up, and I’m wondering… Is that normal?

Do you repeat things you’ve already written? Or have you found ways to dig deeper or shift perspective when your list starts to feel repetitive?
