So grateful!!! via /r/gratitude

I was on SSI for several years because of my mental health issues. I got off of it in 2024 and was able to return to workforce. I thought the whole thing was behind me. Then a few months ago I got a letter saying I was overpaid and owed $10k. Needlessly to say, I was terrified. I chose to appeal it and had my meeting with them today. It was determined that Social Security made a mistake and I only owe $94, and I was told I can even request to waive that. I am so relieved and grateful….
