Today, I am grateful for the day off and having my hands in the dirt. via /r/gratitude

I got a paid day off today and got up early to get some new plants. I haven’t planted my vegetable garden in a couple years. It was just ok much on top of work and other stuff and I’ve missed it terribly. This year, however, I’ve found a lot of joy in flowers. Today I picked up a few more. A couple flower baskets to hang and five to plant. They are all in the ground and I can’t wait to see them bloom. My hands are still stained with dirt. I’m happy.
