Today marks exactly 17 days of consistent gratitude practice
I decided to do an experiment on myself 17 days ago (basically a 21 day challenge) where I write down 3 things I am grateful for each day and to do mirror affirmations everyday. I am not saying all this made me into a new person but since starting I feel much happier, more confident and I am not phased by so many things that used to before. I have decided that after the 21 days I am going to continue the practice… because it has the ability to change my life completely ^
If you have any other ideas on how I can reprogram my mind please let me know in the comments.
