Veterinarians via /r/gratitude

I'm forever grateful for being in a city that has options for 24 hour vet services. Our Momma dog hurt one of her babies (11 weeks old) by landing on his hip today (long and complicated story). The first vet we went to were extremely dismissive, and we basically just sat there, having nothing done with him, for 5 hours while we were being told "oh, a vet will be right in to talk with you". Obviously, that wasn't going to fly with us, one of our puppies is hurt! So, we found a different vet. We've been here now for about 5 hours, but they've examined him, given him some medication to relieve the pain, and are currently doing x-rays to see how bad the damage is. I pray that he will be okay!
