What would you do in this case?

My favorite Thai restaurant is literally a mom/pop run one.

She's in the back, cooking up a storm. He's taking orders, delivering the food and drinks (no alcohol).

This is the 2nd time we've walked in and he's been slammed!
The first time there were no clean tables, including where my husband I sat down.
I set my purse down, and I went to work. I cleared off all the tables, plates and glasses, wiped them down and gave the restaurant some space to eat.

Yesterday we walked in, and it was a mess. I kiddingly said to him, "baby, do you need some help?".
Again put my purse on the seat, and bussed the tables.

Mind you, I suffer from anxiety and going out to eat can be a bit of a struggle, but I think that helping these particular restaurant owners out, made me feel good! And forget my anxiousness for a few moments.

Their gratitude was they treated me and my husband to our lunch. I'm grateful for their delicious food!!

We have eaten in there 100 times. I asked a friend what she would have done in the case of every table being messy, and she said she'd have left.
