I’m grateful for the strength to talk to family about my decision to stop eating sugar for a while so it was easy to avoid sweets when we sat down at the cafe and everyone else ordered sweets. I’m stopping to see how it feels after a few weeks, how it impacts my overall health and energy levels, and also I have the intuition it will help me channel spiritual energies more powerfully.
