Grateful for naps
I randomly started napping about a month ago. Not on purpose I just started falling asleep whenever I lay down, especially when I try to do a mediation or visualization. It’s been 10 years since I used to take naps. I’m grateful because it means my body is getting the rest it wants/needs. And I know I can always nap if I don’t end up getting a great nights sleep. My friend said it’s a good sign because it means my body is able to relax enough to fall asleep, so I’ll take it.
