how do you all express gratitude ? via /r/gratitude

I am really curious to know,
I often tend to make something personal for the person I feel grateful for,

I take my time, go through all the things they like and make something with lots of love and gratitude.

I wanted to learn other ways you can show gratitude, yesterday I was full of gratitude like i got tears in my eyes, I didn't know how to express it. it got super heavy, so getting to know other ways would be really insightful.
