
“Thank You” With Every Step
I’m so grateful for the amazing walk I had yesterday. I walked for about 45 minutes, saying “thank you” with every step. I did not miss one step! So I said “thank you” about 5000 times. I said it out loud when nobody was around and then quietly or in my head if there was someone around. I also focused on the feeling of gratitude in my heart, and as I walked that feeling kept growing. If my mind started thinking about other things on the side, I brought it back to “thank you” and the feeling in my heart. By the end I was feeling divine energies everywhere and seeing love in every blade of grass. I hugged my house when I got home because I felt so grateful for it. I recommend this practice!! I’m doing it again today… and passing this along to anyone else who’s ready for it. I wish every human being had the chance to feel this incredible!
