Tracking

I started tracking when I began my healthy comeback journey a couple of years ago. I started by tracking my weight daily. Every morning I wake up and weigh myself. I added a bunch of other things to that list as well but the one thing that's taught me the most about my body is tracking my weight. I'm grateful for tracking.
